Easy process, just need to add more crypto choices
Can't complain, orders are easy and the platform is user friendly. Also, if I call I can actually speak to someone! Great service, point blank period.
So far I really like the iTrustCapital experience. I would have given 5 starts if you offered a live chat, or at least a support email to get questions answered.

The application process was pretty simple and straight forward. my only complaint is having to make an appt. to speak with someone if you have questions. Would be nice to have an accessible person even in an online chat. The people i did speak with were very friendly and helpful, patient with my questions.
