Great product but issues creating accounts I think you offer a great product, in fact both myself and my wife intended to open accounts with you at the beginning of December, however; I was able to open my account but not until 12/31 it was fully funded after multiple support calls. My wife however was no able to open her account even after multiple calls and emails due to an issue validating her account using her phone number.
