Choices are very limited. I am a little disappointed in the number of investments available to choose from. There are literally hundreds on the open market but very few of them are included in the choices. UPDATE: After speaking with Jared, I understand the challenges of getting assets added. I am hopeful that more assets will be added in the future.

Great Company The service is excellent! Shawn keeps delivering in a professional and swift manner. I appreciate how fast he responds to my emails. No updates were provided to me as to… No updates were provided to me as to when my initial check deposit was received or being processed. Not having a customer service number also made it difficult during this process. With me considering moving hunderds of thousands of dollar to this account and not having a customer service number causes me a bit of concern.

High Prices, No limit orders - Good customer service during and post sign up. - Made roll over surprisingly pain free. - but can't place limit orders. - Prices listed are consistently higher than other exchanges. - No ability to purchase a specific quantity of an asset (ie. 100 SOL). Must enter a dollar amount. - Buys have consistently executed at higher prices than presented.
