I was having some trouble with funding my account with a bank I had already used in the past, but I kept getting a “Cancelled” message for the transaction. Jessica walked me through a quick set of steps, and I was back in business in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t have to wait at all either to have the call answered.

Come to find out it was most likely because of my Nord vpn I have installed on my phone and iPad for security.
