Great firm I’ve been with since 2020! Very responsive on customer service, which is the most important thing for a retirement account. All documents received quickly. All questions answered quickly from true experts. I would say this is the most savvy and reliable IRA that allows crypto.

I believed the money to fund the account would be in the form of an automatic transfer(like with Coinbase). Because I was unaware a wire to transfer funds was required, I missed my 2021 contribution. I can’t blame you completely, however, since the money to fund it was languishing in a checking account just waiting for me to use it for this purpose since December, ‘21.

So when you sign up some of the questions could be explained a little better. Maybe have a question mark that the person signing up can click that gives a quick explanation for what your looking for. Example would be funding source. ? Please choose one of the following ( checking account .savings account, wire transfer or paper check, rollover etc..) no account number or routing number is necessary here. Also when a person links there bank through PLAID reassure people that they only need to share there password one time for... read more
