The overall process of opening and funding an account was pretty straight forward. However, when you are funding from an Employer-funded plan, the process needs a bit more attention to make sure it's completed correctly. Also, it was difficult to get in touch with a live person when the FAQ section did not answer my questions.
I opened an Inherited Regular Traditional IRA account. The process was strait forward and easy to follow. I thought the videos were right to the point and very helpful to me. Two different times I asked questions and the chat feature got me prompt and helpful answers both times. The whole process, including wired funds from Fidelity, the prior custodian, took only 15 days! Recently, I tried to fund my Roth IRA in a short period of time, and I had several (self-inflicted) problems that arose. I reached out to customer service, and Tyson Kerr responded immediately to help me with my problems. Each time I sent an email with an update on my problems, he responded quickly with helpful information on how to resolve them.
