Roll over conversion went as planned. I was able to roll over my traditional Ira into a Back Door Roth conversion with only a couple steps. The I trust capital team was excellent at answering their phones and emails and even texted me occasionally, I dealt with about 3 different people, but overall, the customer service was well informed and well educated.

Rafael was awesome Rafael was very professional, resourceful, patient and friendly. I've been trying to roll in money from another firm. Everything was handled properly by iTrust but the other firm dropped the ball in several ways. With Rafael's assistance, we got it moving again.
