Navigating PCA account I recently opened a PCA account in addition to my IRA account and had some questions with the new PCA account functions. I had to call customer service a couple of times and each time the representative was very helpful and professional and resolved my issue immediately. Really great customer service!

I had the best customer service today… I had the best customer service today at ITrustCapital from Alex. Something happened with the wire transfer from my former holding company and it was voided out. He was on the line with them and myself for over an hour while it was resolved. The then followed up to ensure the funds were in my account by the end of the day. Great communication, responsive and patient. Highly recommend
