Dealing with such errors can be daunting , and having a helpful and courteous individual guide you through the process can make a significant difference.
Alex was very easy to work with Alex helped me set up my account and transfer my 401k into an IRA, which was something I had never done before. He answered all my questions very promptly and made the experience far less intimidating than I thought it would be.
