Respectful, prompt, excellent customer service to set appointment. Excellent process for confirming appointment and introducing service technician. Called ahead morning of service, arrived when promised. Technicians were respectful of me and the property. I liked receiving a full report of the work done. Easy paying for service and appreciated not bring pressured to have unnecessary work done. Glad to have a good service to call again as needed.
Moved into a new home with a gas fireplace that was not working. They answered my call quickly and got the fireplace working and showed me how to operate it. Thomas took time to fully explain things to me. Great communication. I highly recommend them.
Very quick call from them to schedule a repair date and time. The techs arrived very early which worked out well and explained what they would accomplish. They would try, and did, save the cap that flew off in a violent windstorm which saved us some money. They were very quick and friendly.

James did fantastic work today. He performed the annual maintenance/inspection on my wood burning and 2 gas fireplaces. He arrived on time, communicated about what he saw and did, worked quickly, gave me piece of mind that my fireplaces were functioning well and lastly left the fireplaces very clean! Thanks to James and Bonfe for your over 10 years of great service you’ve provided us.

Caleb did a fantastic job. We had not had the chimney cleaned for quite a few years. It needed it. Caleb explained everything as he was working. I highly recommend Jack Pixley.
