Very quick call from them to schedule a repair date and time. The techs arrived very early which worked out well and explained what they would accomplish. They would try, and did, save the cap that flew off in a violent windstorm which saved us some money. They were very quick and friendly.
Great work, came out on short notice, highly recommend.
James did fantastic work today. He performed the annual maintenance/inspection on my wood burning and 2 gas fireplaces. He arrived on time, communicated about what he saw and did, worked quickly, gave me piece of mind that my fireplaces were functioning well and lastly left the fireplaces very clean! Thanks to James and Bonfe for your over 10 years of great service you’ve provided us.

We have used Jack Pixley for years to clean and inspect our fireplace and chimney. Today Randy asked about our dryer vent and would we liked it looked at. We said yes and we are very glad we did. It was pretty bad. Good quality service and Randy is a very nice and helpful. We highly recommend Jack Pixley!!
