Technician was on time; clean, courteous and professional. Inspection revealed both units were near end of life and recommended not spending a lot of money to fix 28-year old units. Recommended replacement.

They did a great job. The person called ahead and let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time did a through review of our chimney inside and out. When he was done he cleaned up so that I didn't need to do any further cleanup. He provided valid feedback on his review of our chimney. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again.

From start to finish this company met or exceeded my expectations and my needs. I made the initial contact via Angie's List. The company replied immediately to my query. Initially, I was disappointed that the first appointment I could get was six-weeks or so in the future. But about a week after that appointment was scheduled I called back and asked if there was any chance to move it up in time for the looming holidays.
