Very good meeting, as the inspector was very professional, experienced and shared his expert knowledge by providing a conversational walk-through, while performing his testing and analysis of the history of the fireplaces, their current state of operation in terms of being up-to-code, their efficiency and safety with regards to any potential existing, visual hazards or risks. James was wonderful - he walked me through everything and even offered to check a few things that he didn't really need to but saw that it would give me peace of mind. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and thoroughness! We've had others out to give repair estimates and we've decided to go with Jack Pixley Sweeps. We will be having some sealing work done on our chimney and an installation of a gas and electric fireplace insert - will update the review as needed once the repair work has been completed.
Technician arrived on time, he informed me that cleaning was not necessary and performed a level 2 inspection. I received the report shortly after. All good. Everyone I spoke with were professional and knowledgeable. Great service. Saved me money and gave me peace of mind.

It went excellent, The young man called and informed me when he was 30 minuets away. Arrived right on time, answered all my questions and actually invited me to watch as he ran a chimney camera the full length of the chimney. Great job and fair price.
