Second time having them come out. Excellent customer service and workmanship, again. Took the time to explain all that was involved. Tips on what I can do myself and estimates on what might need to be addressed and when. Matched the price to the service required! Prompt. Polite. Professional.
We were impressed with Jack Pixley Sweeps from start to finish. The scheduling process was easy and responsive. The technicians that conducted the work were professional and extremely conscientious. We were shown real time video images of the interior of our chimney and later provided with a detailed report that included still images. This company is clearly committed to excellence and integrity.
Excellent from start to finish. Office staff and service technician were communicative and efficient the whole way through. The work was completed safely and throughly, and the technician took the time to involve me and explain his assessment while it was happening.

Technician was on time; clean, courteous and professional. Inspection revealed both units were near end of life and recommended not spending a lot of money to fix 28-year old units. Recommended replacement.
They did a great job. The person called ahead and let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time did a through review of our chimney inside and out. When he was done he cleaned up so that I didn't need to do any further cleanup. He provided valid feedback on his review of our chimney. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again.
From start to finish this company met or exceeded my expectations and my needs. I made the initial contact via Angie's List. The company replied immediately to my query. Initially, I was disappointed that the first appointment I could get was six-weeks or so in the future. But about a week after that appointment was scheduled I called back and asked if there was any chance to move it up in time for the looming holidays.
