My sweep, Adam, was on time (I would give 5 stars just for that in this day and age). He installed the cover and did a brief inspection of the bricks. He was quick, efficient, and polite. I had a great experience. I have ben using Jack Pixley for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jack Pixley has been cleaning our fireplace for 20+ years. They have earned the ratings! We have a lot of confidence in their work. One year they pointed out broken tiles that should be replaced. We bought the tiles. They replaced the ones needing to be replaced. No extra charge.
Great job, extremely thorough. The serviceman also showed us our chimney on the video camera used to inspect the chimney. He also took the time to educate us on how to maintain and prevent future problems. Excellent!
I called Monday, and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Randy came out and put my chimney cap back on the chimney. It had come loose and blew off after 3 days of high winds.

It went very well. He called about 20 minutes before he arrived at our home to let us know his ETA. He was very good to work with. He removed his shoes whenever he entered the house. He covered the carpet in front of our fireplace before he began to work. He cleaned the chimney and placed a fan at the top of the chimney to avoid unnecessary debris from coming into the house. He showed us a video of our cleaned chimney. He cleaned up well when he was finished.
The tech did a great job — even included before and after pictures. He took the time to explain things to Me and make recommendations for service going forward. Great value too! I would definitely hire them again!

Very prompt, polite, and professional. Technician explained what he was going to do, and then told me what he did. Significant difference in operation of and appearance of fireplace. Would definitely use them again.
