Great! Caleb cleaned the stove, took the stove pipe apart and took it outside to clean it. He replaced a cracked brick in the stove. He discovered the stove pipe cap was missing. He inspected the flue and the outside assembly. He took before and after pictures of everything. He showed me his findings through every step of the process. Within an hour after he left he sent me an estimate for the replacement cost of the stove pipe cap. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and fast. I was so impressed!

Went great! Caleb was on time, professional, should me an additional issue (flu was full of debris from not having a cap). Debris was removed and area he worked in in the house was clean when he left. Installed the cap and was on his way in under an hour. I would highly recommend.

My sweep, Adam, was on time (I would give 5 stars just for that in this day and age). He installed the cover and did a brief inspection of the bricks. He was quick, efficient, and polite. I had a great experience. I have ben using Jack Pixley for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jack Pixley has been cleaning our fireplace for 20+ years. They have earned the ratings! We have a lot of confidence in their work. One year they pointed out broken tiles that should be replaced. We bought the tiles. They replaced the ones needing to be replaced. No extra charge.
Great job, extremely thorough. The serviceman also showed us our chimney on the video camera used to inspect the chimney. He also took the time to educate us on how to maintain and prevent future problems. Excellent!
I called Monday, and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Randy came out and put my chimney cap back on the chimney. It had come loose and blew off after 3 days of high winds.
