Every encounter was professional. The installers were empowered to make a lot of necessary decisions and get the job done. Very professional.
Great communication. Very neat and clean - used drop cloth and took shoes off and explained everything done.
Jack Pixley Sweeps came to clean our chimney which they did. The technician also recommended a couple things to make our fireplace safer. I was sent a quote within the day for the repairs, but no sales pitch or pressure. Just honest recommendations from an expert. I really appreciate that.

This week was the first time we have used Jack Pixley services. We chose them because they were so well reviewed, and we were not in the least disappointed! Jon ****** was our technician, he was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. When he finished, except for a beautifully cleaned chimney and fireplace, there not a speck of evidence that a messy piece of work had just been accomplished. Over the past 20 some years we have used Jack Pixley Sweeps and Masonry services to perform Chimney Inspections, Chimney Flue Cleaning, Smoke Chamber Cleaning and Chimney Damper Replacement.Their recent service was a chimney inspection. Once again their performance was on time, thorough, and as *******************.We plan on continuing our use of their services for many years to come.
Was on time and work efficiently and cleanly. A detailed report documented with pictures was emailed to us on what was done and recommendations concerning some necessary maintenance work to be done later with cost estimate. A very good job!

This is a professional company. They are easy to reach and they communicate effectively. The chimney sweeps are friendly, skilled, and tidy. In addition to cleaning and inspecting your chimney, they take photos of the interior and exterior of the chimney. Those photos are included in the electronic version of the receipt.
