Everything went great. Initial request via website was responded to very quickly, and appointment setup via email- much appreciated because I'm not always able to call. Appointment confirmed a couple of days prior. Technician was on time and got the job done very quickly. First time using their service but would hire again.

They got here at the scheduled time, did his work and helped me understand what he was and wasn’t seeing. Had the estimate before he backed down the driveway. No signs of chimney fire, which another provider had said we likely had. Big relief. Also a tip for prior cleaning next year.

Wonderful experience! Adam was very professional, personable, and was happy to answer my questions. He even let me watch him do the camera inspection of the flue, explaining as he went! Very thorough! I am working toward my ICA Home Inspection certification and would have no problem recommending this company to a client if I thought a more thorough inspection was needed by a qualified chimney professional. I will definitely hire again when I reach the point he recommended. Worth every penny!

Jack Pixley installed our gas insert, and we've used them for annual maintenance since. Setting up appointments for service is easy and we are informed the day before service when the technician will arrive. The technician carefully covers the area near the fireplace, explains what will be done and how long it will take. After the work is completed, the technician makes sure the area is clean. The technician also does a visual survey of the chimney outdoors and points out anything that could be a future issue.

I have been using Jack Pixley Sweeps since 1993! Jack came out on my first service call. I had never had a fireplace in a home. He was so knowledgeable and walked me through what type of firebox I had and how to use it. It was so sad when he passed away but he passed his knowledge, honesty, and integrity on to his employees.
