Jefferson New Management... (Verified Renter) Jefferson New Management is improving their service day by day when compared to previous management. Seen lot of changes in a year or so.

The price point... (Verified Renter) The price point is amazing and the property management is helpful
I enjoy living... (Verified Renter) I enjoy living here, and have been here for over two decades, since it was new. I like having access to the nearby stores and restaurants, MARTA, as well as being closer to Lake Lanier and the mountains than in Midtown or Buckhead. However, my only wish, is, with all the young families, there should be more sidewalks and four-way stop signs at every single intersection in the complex. Little kids run in front of cars constantly.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the community because the apartment on inside was nice and quiet & the staff and leasing agent was helpful and remained positive with the demanding residents that came in and interrupted us. However there was a lot of trash outside the office & I'??m not too sure if that is a normal thing that happens. Other then that my experience was better then most.
