Jefferson at perimeter The new management (Ms Jane and Mr Dalton) and their staffs are professional and friendly. The work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are professional, quick in fixing things. Assurance from the new management to improvise the following : Landscaping, Play ground, Courtyards, Valet for Trash - of course with a additional monthly fee for picking up the trash. Jefferson at perimeter Aparment is simply superb having a beautiful pool I front of my flat.. People around here is very nice.I am living here from last 2 years and I have no complains.

Okay - But Resident experience could be improved much ! I have been living here for the past 3 years - mainly because the school district had a better school than immediate neighboring places. Due to the same reason, there is a demand for this place as other parents also prefer this place. Resident experience is okay, but could be much better. I'd give 6 out of 10 for that aspect. Nice Location and apartments Good for school ( good county school ), facilities are good and service people attain Service request on time. more spacious, Tennis court, Swimming pool , Gym, most importantly play park for Kids which is rare in many other apartments.
Location is Good My Apartment location is good.And easily accessible to hotel,MARTA,Perimeter Mall. Walkable distance to Wall Mart. School is very good which is associated to this apartments. Only concern is buildings are not energy efficient power bill always high,Because of schooling rent are too high in this apartment.
Average Apartment The location of apartment is great. This falls under the Vanderlyn elementary school district and is the only apartment in the school district. Vanderlyn has been rated the top elementary school and hence there is always a huge demand for this apartment. This community is very popular amongst Indians primarily because of school. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend Total nightmare. From the moment i moment i moved into this complex i faced many issues. I could tell when the unit was turned over it was extremely rushed. Hugh roach problem. Nasty neighbors and foul odors. My mailbox was broken into many times and they do nothing about it. Seems as if they’re trying to upgrade the grounds of the property. The should definitely invest the money into the actual dwellings.
Worst Apartment... I don't recommend I was offered unit with no bedroom door. Even after mutilple follow ups no one bothered to fix it. In fact I stayed entire duration without a bedroom door. I paid for the service which I never got from you. Worst service and specially the current leasing manager is so rude. She even don't bother to listen tenant issues. Not a welcoming person to interact with. Overall worst experience.
