Joe was able to help navigate me through the loan process and reduce the pain of gathering documents. While applying for the loan my bank was acquired by another bank. Some reports and statements weren’t available due to data between banks. Joe came up with ideas to get the data necessary for the loan and keep the process moving. Joe was very responsive to any questions or inquiries. I would recommend him to other people applying for a loan.
