Joe is awesome!!!!! After going through hell with my first lender for literally three months and almost giving up after my second lender Joe assured me that he would work things out and get the deal done as quickly and smooth as possible. I worked very close with Joe Maestro on purchasing my 1st home. Joe was there from day one up until the time I closed. If I had a question no matter what time of day or night he was right there to answer or help as much as he could. I would highly recommend Joe and his team at neighborhood loans there a very Good people and excellent to work with!!!!!!!!

Joe at Neighborhood Loans was awesome! I hadn't applied for a mortgage in a very long time and quite suddenly decided to buy and close in less than 30 days. Joe warned me of the tight window, but said that it could be done as long as we worked together and I responded quickly to his requests. He also helped me negotiate the terminology and answered all of my questions. We did it! I am a new home owner.

Joe was very helpful throughout the whole process from the very beginning. From getting the pre approval all the way to the closing. He was able to answer all our questions day or night. He would get back to us at a timely manner. He was able to meet us half way so that we didn't have to drive to the city.

I wouldn't be in my wonderful new home today if it weren't for Joe. He was an amazing resource who walked me through the loan process while providing helpful insight, great solutions, and connections to other amazing professionals to build my home-buying team. If you're looking for a starting point to purchase a home, someone who’s not a big bank that will make you their priority, Joe is the guy. I can't say enough good things about him.
