Friendly staff and great food add up to a wonderful experience.
Our Server Kiana was the best! She had to deal with rude people at the table next to us and was still very kind. Her manager came over to apologize to us for the rude table next to us but it’s all good. Kiana was the best and the food is always good there. Shout out to Kiana! We got your back! lol.
My first time at Joey DTLA. Loved the champagne greeting upon arrival. The service was wonderful. The chicken salad was absolutely delicious!
I recently returned to Joey DTLA after a previous visit where I experienced an issue with a rude hostess. The manager kindly offered a $150 comped meal to give the restaurant another chance, and I’m genuinely glad I came back. This time, the experience was amazing from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and accommodating. Tj was our server he was amazing. Glad I came here for my 21st Birthday
The host that greeted us was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Her tone was condescending and made us feel super uncomfortable. Our servers were amazing but the host definitely ruined our mood and our night. Food is decent but I’ve had better JOEY locations.
We sat down and waited longer for our server to take our order than it took for them to prepare it
