Poor service with our waiter. He didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink. I had to ask for the check since we finished our meals and the table was cleared and we were just left waiting there.
The food and drinks were delicious but the service was lacking. Had to ask for things several times. Simple things like plates and cutlery were missing. Even the top to the martini shaker was missing. How are you supposed to pour a martini from a shaker without the top? They said they didn’t have any martini shaker tops because they were all dirty. I would imagine that a restaurant would have the facilities to do dishes. I don’t think we will be back to Joeys.
Unfortunately our experience at joeys was very disappointing. It was our first time there and I don't think we would return. Service was very bad. We ordered drinks and then appetizers, the apps arrived at table before the drinks with no plates or utensils or even a glass of water. We ate the appetizers which were just fair and the drinks were fair too. We paid our bill and left. Was celebrating an anniversary and it ended up being very uncomfortable and upsetting. The food was really not that remarkable or even notable really. It was just fine. The service and staff were 5 stars. Kind, friendly and helpful.
Ive been to this location several times with good service but this time it wasn’t good at all. Our waiter forgot my husbands drink order even though he mentioned it twice, didn’t bring utensils napkins, or plates to share appetizers and we had to ask several times to bring us more water and drinks. Muy demorado el servicio, terminamos y queríamos postre y decidimos irnos por qué no llegaba el mesero, y por más que le decimos a los meseros que pasaban nos decía si ya le toman la orden y nunca iba, hasta para pedir la cuenta se demoraron
The place has a nice ambiance to it however, if you are going on a date night, this place is not it because it is super noisy and you really have to talk loud to hear each other. The menu is nice however $81 for a piece of steak is way extreme. I have had much better steaks for much less. My wife had the Filet Mignon which was close to $80 as well a very small snd not do tender cut.
