Service was terrible. Waited for table. Then drinks took forever to come. Ended up giving us free desert because service was so bad. Won’t be going back anytime soon!!
Me and my wife have been coming to Joey‘s forever as we live in the valley, but this time I ordered the cheeseburger and it literally tasted like the pan had not been washed from grease and forever. It literally tasted like I licked the grease trap. The cauliflower looked like I had something wrong with it like and then it tasted really odd too and then my wife’s food. Service was mid & the whole hospitality wasn’t the nicest
Horrible experience! We usually go to Joeys for all of our special events. We were there yesterday for New Year’s Eve Dinner and I am extremely disappointed in the service and food. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve and it’s really busy, but besides that I ordered a tomahawk medium rare the steak when it came out 45 minutes later, it was well done. The food was bad maybe it was an off night but when we went the hibachi wings were flavorless, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was flavorless so as the Shirley Temple. The Lettuce Wraps barely had any Chicken and the icing on the cake we only got three appetizers and the vill came out to 85 dollars I would’ve rather ate at the Cheesecake factory. The menu is overpriced and flavorless. Would not come back ever again.
Steak was overcooked and dry. Server was no where to be found after he took our order. Requested more water from a different waiter and he never came back.
