Experience in getting food, regardless of course took way too long
Servers have an attitude, when you ask for something it’s like you’re inconveniencing them. We watched 2 servers stack dirty dishes on a clean table rather than busing them to the kitchen.
Wine glass dirty, hosted set us at the wrong table asked us to move, burnt bread with crab dip, peach Bellini was not made right. Almost everything with this visit was off. Check out the picture of the complementary dessert. Does it say” birthday” ? Our waitress was very professional and courteous. 
Policy not to offer “Happy Hour” pricing in the main dining room is deceptive. It is on the menu in very small print. No mention by the hostess, manager or server!
Bad customer service I gave a tip because I felt bad
I initially had a reservation before happy hour. Our whole party was on time. We had to wait 30 minutes before we got seated. That was AFTER I complained about the wait. Insult to injury, I saw people who arrived after us be seated before us. When we finally got to table, it was dirty with water spots all over. The host, put our menus right on top.
