Loved the food, service and ambience but we sat on the patio and the music playing was way too loud. It was hard to talk. Music selection, not my taste. Next time I will get a table inside. It's too bad because I love sitting on a patio when the weather is nice.
The waitresses forgot our drink 2 times , spanning over 20 min . She did not care or ask us anything. Place was great but service quality terrible
I love Joey- I think the food is consistently good and the choices are unique and diverse. I enjoyed my meal. However the prices have gotten out of control. I had the Katsu chicken salad. By the time I left tip I had paid $40 for a salad and a glass of tap water . I actually find the prices offensive. I am happy to pay for good food but paying $40 for a salad is ridiculous. Joey- you are a chain, do better.
This was not our first trip to Joey. I don’t know what happened. First, paper napkins? Seriously? I’m not at Buffalo Wild Wings. Service was terrible. She was absolutely inattentive to the point we had to get a different server to help get us drinks and another to help clear the table. All this happened, got the new drinks and our server still had not returned. At one point there were 1/2 dozen empty glasses and a couple plates that needed to be bussed. I really wish you guys would  stop pushing for 18% tip and would give us a receipt.
Took for ever to get a drink and steak was cold !!!!
long time Joey customer - came in specifically for a 45th Bday celebration - and I mentioned this in my OpenTable Reservation asking for candles or whatever Joey had. The staff failed to notice. and while the server was fantastic I asked if she knew we were there to celebrate the birthday. she didn't. Definitely a let down.
