I’m really disappointed to see thin paper napkins at Joeys for the price and experience . The napkins is a huge turn off for me . Having to ask for serval napkins at the table just looks d So tacky to me at a table . I prefer a napkin roll up . Everything else was fine as always

1. We ordered, margaritas and it takes forever to bring it and waitress didn’t even come to explain until we asked another waitress then after another period of time she came back and said we don’t have tequila ( they had margarita in their menu)so we are waiting to someone bring it for us 2. Takes forever to come and get our order 3. When waitress brought the check i was shocked he just gave us the bill by itself without bill presenter

Very disappointing experience. There was no professional host present, and the service was terrible. I sat at my table for 15 minutes and not a single staff member approached or acknowledged me. I ended up leaving. Completely unacceptable.

Our child’s plain pasta was not brought out until after everyone else had finished their meal (it was clearly forgotten and was entered in when we reminded the server)

Host kept telling us to wait even thought we had a reservation and many tables were empty.
