"Willing to negotiate." I traded vehicles and had a courteous sales group. They were willing to negotiate with me and met me at my terms. The sales team stayed over and even provided snacks during the process.
"Professional and Low-Keyed" We spent two days on the Toyota lot and dealt with Mark Arnett. He was very knowledgeable and attentive and took all the time needed to answer our numerous questions since we had not purchased anything new since 2003. The actual negotiating of the price and then doing all the purchasing paperwork was time consuming. "Customer service" Amazing customer service from the whole team. They were easy to work with and made sure I understood everything and worked very hard to make the deal happen!
"Atentive and knowledgeable salespeople " Responded quickly to an internet inquiry. Salesperson was with another customer, but set us up with a colleague who took good care of us. Knowledgeable person showed us the bells and whistles of our new purchase.
"Purchase of new vehicle" We shopped six dealerships, three outside the local area. Johnson City Toyota was our final choice. We began our search via internet looking for the car we wanted and their best price. We then began discussion via phone. After receiving six offers, our decision came down to two. "Worth the visit!" Ask for Van Redstone, he is easily the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with across several states and over many years. Van was a straight shooter and never once attempted to play the "sales game" with me. Treating your customers with dignity goes a long way, something most consultants miss in their attempt to make the sale. Thanks Van for your help!
"Purchasing a Rav 4" Great customer service! Kelly Winchell treated us extremely well! We drove over 5 hours through the mountains to get to Johnson City from Atlanta. Kelly Winchell and how he responded to me on the phone was the main reason we drove up. I spoke to him after dealing with a salesman who didn’t send me info I needed to seal the deal.
