"Fixed problem after buying car" I bought a car and I had a problem I talked to the general manager Matt and he took care of it right away He is a good person and treated me right. He told me if I had any more problems talk to him.

"2017 RAV4 SE AWD" The Johnson City Toyota dealership had a great selection of 2017 RAV4s. They were also offering a $5000.00 discount on their inventory of 2017 RAV4s. Rob, our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to find the model I wanted within my budget. The whole process and experience was pleasant, and every staff member we came in contact with was very accommodating.

The regular services I receive are oil changes, basic maintenance and this year, new tires. I had a tire (6 months old) that was losing air. "Very pleasant and easy car buying experience!!" I found three different cars on carfax and car guru that I was interesting in buying. I made the mistake of going to Johnson City Toyota last. "Great Experience" My salesman was Jason Garrett and he was absolutely one of the nicest salespersons I have dealt with in quite some time. There were a few bumps with my purchase but Jason and Frankie worked diligently to make sure I was happy and enjoying my purchase. Would definitely recommend these two if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.
