RecommendedWe had a great experience at Johnson City Toyota. Lee Mullins was excellent! I can't remember the other names of people we met but everyone was great and I'm very happy with my new Highlander. Brett went over all the features with me and helped me learn how to use everything. Plenty of great options I did not know about!

The car I was there to look at ended up having some body damage that caused me to hesitate. Kelly, Frankie Brian and Dominic Farmer did an outstanding job on helping me pick out a Vehicle that best fit my needs and budget. Frankie made sure that I received top dollar for my trade and followed up with me the next day to make sure I did not have any additional questions. He was an honest young man and didn't play games. I recommend calling him if you are looking for a new vehicle. Toyota is a tried and true good value.
RecommendedI was there yesterday morning to get a wheel taken care of. The employees were all very helpful...especially FRANKIE. he lead me to the waiting room, he even carried my soda, i just bought from Pals. The guy that who fixed my wheel was very nice also. I was very grateful for his work, even though he had to work out in the cold. IM GLAD WE BOUGHT OUR TOYOTA CAMRY
