"Wonderful experience " Everyone at Johnson City Toyota went over the top to make sure that my buying experience went smooth. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Chad Smith, went out of his way to help me learn everything about my vehicle that I needed to know to make my journey home with my new 4 Runner a pleasure. "Good customer service" I have been looking at a tundra for several month and at different dealership the sales staff seem to be very knowledgeable about the product. I and another person talk to me about the truck and he was telling me some of the options I was looking for could be added and his name was Jimmy Hughes he also told me I could call him anytime he would help me or point me in the right direction. "Great service great warrenty" Johnson City Toyota had the car I was looking for and gave me a good trade in for my used car with no haggling! Their lifetime warrenty on the new car as well as being knowledgeable and low pressure convinced me to buy from them without looking further.
