"New 4Runner purchase" We purchased a 2016 Trail Premium 4Runner that had to be brought in from another dealership. Kevin was our salesman, and while a little overwhelming and high pressure, he was helpful and worked for us. The Sales manager, Brian, helped us a lot to ensure we got the vehicle we really wanted. When the 4Runner got there, it didn't have a feature we requested, so he gave us credit toward adding this.
