"Great customer service, great deal." From almost the minute I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by a friendly salesman who was interested in what I wanted in a car and not just making the deal. Benny did a great job from start to finish, and I'm extremely satisfied with his and Cass' customer service. The car is great, too! I would recommend Johnson City Toyota to anyone.

"Great Experience" Johnson City Toyota did a great job getting me the care I wanted. I wanted a silver 2016 RAV4 Hybrid and the worked really hard to locate the car I wanted, with all of the options that I wanted. They dealer traded to get my car for me and I picked it up on Saturday and couldn't be happier. Thanks to all of the folks at Johnson City Toyota for all they hard work getting me just what I was looking for and at the price I was looking to pay.

"Excellent Experience!" I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and how the entire staff seemed eager to help. I wasn't pushed to make a decision, the staff let me take my time to decide on the great deal they gave me. Andrea Dalton was very helpful and fun to work with. Matt Malson was helpful and genuine. Best car buying experience I've had.

"Got the RAV4 I wanted!" I am very pleased with the deal I received from Johnson City Toyota. I shopped online for the best price on a 2016 RAV4 for a couple of days. I talked to dealers in GA, NC, OH, SC, and AL. My previous two vehicles were purchased out of state due to better pricing elsewhere. "Leasing my AWD Rav 4" The experience of leasing was new to me, as I had never leased always owned my car. The staff at Johnson City Toyota, Jason Garrett, Matt Malson, Case Farrior along with finance man, Shane made my shopping and leasing a very pleasant experience. "Pleased with everyone I dealt with." Dylan was my sales man. He wasn't pushy, great personality and for sure a people's person. I appreciate all his help and patience with me. Everyone I talked too was very nice and helpful. I will have to say in all my years of buying/trading vehicle's. Toyota's dealership has been my best experience.
