They are the sleaziest sleazeballs. They make your typical sleazy used car dealer look like a saint. My daughter bought a car and they pre-charged her 6% the vehicle price for the off-chance that she loses her keys (that don't even cost that much). They then charged her 10% of the vehicle price for "Permaplate" on a scratched and dented vehicle. They also charged $159 IN ADVANCE for 3 oil changes even though she gets a year of free oil changes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service! First off I had an appointment for an oil change and tire sensor light which took over 2.5 hours to service. Also, I mentioned the tire sensor light had basically illuminated an error from the last service (which I asked to repair) only to be told “it’s probably your spare tire, they’re difficult to service since you have to remove the spare.” And last but not least I noticed today 9/21/22 that my skid plate was cocked sideways. Service tech lied to me, service manager will not take or return a call and two things I took it in for I had to repair, stopped up washer pump and sorting out check engine light. Took it in because with new house did not have time. Week and a half later and I had to make the time. Have owned Toyotas for 45 years and this is the first subpar service I’ve encountered. Will be looking for a new dealer in the area.
Sells junk and pretends it’s a car. Then pretends like it’s not a problem when car breaks down. Do not do any business with these low quality “business” people. Fix Mary’s car and this review MIGHT be changed. Do better.
This has been the absolute worst experience ever, absolutely do not recommend!
I've been lied to twice now in the service dept. Got duped into 4x4 service that was " on sale" the month of August, but had to remind them when paying. Talked me into their service care prepaid plan ( told me I would get 5 oil changes for $215 when it was just 5 services! I bout the tires there, so my rotations are free. $107/oil change ). Go somewhere else for service, 0 stars
My first experience with your dealership was absolutely awful. Had an appointment set for 9:30 this morning. I showed up at 9:30 AM to find no one was available to help me. Was told that management was in a meeting. And also that these meetings happened every day at this time. Why schedule an appointment at that time if no one is available at that time?
