"Estimated time on recall work was wrong by 5 hours " I would not recommend this dealership for any service work. They tell you 3 hours and it ended up being 6 hours total. Never again
"Completely lied to" This car dealership was advertising a 2008 mustang gt that wasn't even part of their inventory! I was told it was theirs and for sale, so I drove over an hour to go see this car today and I get there and it's not even the same car they had online on their website, on top of that the car was not even theirs to sell, it was a pending trade in that the deal went bad with the bank and they couldnt sell it. "Go somewhere else" Bought 2006 Nissan truck there and didn’t even have it two weeks and transmission slipping and they wouldn’t put in effort to fix it . Definitely won’t go back there and do business again!! Now we are stuck with a truck used for going back and forth to work with transmission messed up !!!if that’s how they treat one customer that’s how they will do anybody

"NEVER AGAIN!" Ben Lafollette ripped me off last year with the "Passport to Savings" coupon. I specifically asked for a synthetic oil change for the coupon price of 21.99. I was supposed to receive a free filter with that offer. 21.99 turned into 33.36 and that included the "free" filter. The sad part is, I didn't know that conventional oil was put in my car, even though I paid for synthetic. I was lied to and overcharged. "Absolutely no follow through" Went to look at a used Ford Taurus SHO. Listed online, but it wasn't at dealership. Was at Ford getting recalls done. Why was it even posted for sale on line then?! Salesman said he'll have it ready with my name on it next morning so no one would look at it but me. Went in the next morning, wasn't even back from Ford dealer. NO PHONE CALL - so waste of my time. "Beware" We live in another state and found a vehicle that we were looking for on CarGurus and are willing to make the trip. We were told over text messages that we were instantly approved for financing. We make the trip to the dealership and meet with the financing agent. He asks us two questions about how we feel about the appearance of our vehicles. "Pathetic customer service " Do not bring your car here to be worked on, you will regret it! They will lie and deceive you about the issue. One day when they called it was a totally different issue than the next day. Also, don't bother with the chains of command. Every level of management there doesn't give a crap about your problem and either won't call you or will be a useless waste of time.
