J.T. and all of the staff at MIG are absolutely the best to work with. We have used her on two different loans. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the process goes smoothly. Her and her staff kept us informed and update throughout the process. She is the only one that we call to handle our mortgage needs.

Not only did JT close my loan quicker than anyone prior she also did it with the most competitive rates I could find. She is very thorough and helped guide me to different options which saved me a lot of cash. Definitely recommend.

Jennifer Torgeson and all of the staff at MIG are absolutely wonderful to work with! Jennifer made sure the process went smooth and quickly and took so much of the home buying stress off of us. Everyone was really friendly, makes sure you are thoroughly informed on the process, and prepares you for the unexpected. I used MIG for my first home purchase and now our second home purchase. I will definitely contact them again if we ever decide to move again!

We tried to use our credit union to purchase our new home, but after waiting on a time sensitive issue we decided to reach out to JT. Man are we glad we did or we would have lost the house waiting for our credit union to get back to us. Would highly reccomend! Customer service is fantastic!

I highly recommend GT as your lender, her staff are very friendly, reliable, the whole team work together in getting things done at a timely manner. They make your homebuying Princess very small and not as stressful as most people say. They are also very good about getting back in contact immediately and helping you in providing what they need in terms of paperwork .
