JT and Andrea were exceptional throughout the process of refinancing our mortgage. We were notified of every step and updated of all progress via email, and we closed even earlier than anticipated. This makes several times that we have worked with Andrea and JT, and every time the process has been so simple. We would never think of using anyone else for our mortgage needs. I can’t recommend this group enough. They were fast, professional, and friendly. This has been the best home buying experience I’ve had. JT and her team made this transition easier for me. They communicated with me frequently, updated me consistently, and demonstrated their experience in each interaction. Plus, when it became possible to speed up my closing, they made it happen! If I ever need another mortgage, JT will be the first person I call!
