Karen is a superstar. We've purchased two houses through her and refinanced one and all of our dealings with her have been great. With Karen, you do not have to wait for a response to your questions, she responds almost immediately and she makes sure things are moving along smoothly and on-time through the whole process. We've really enjoyed working with Karen for several years and, should we purchase another house in the future, we will use her again.

Karen was very patient and helpful as I took the leap into home buying for the first time. She answered everything clearly and quickly, from big questions to tiny confusions. She worked with my realtor and then the escrow people to make it as smooth as possible.

Karen was wonderful to work with when securing a mortgage for our new home! We’ve worked with her on a few previous loans and have always been happy with her services.
