Karen was very patient and helpful as I took the leap into home buying for the first time. She answered everything clearly and quickly, from big questions to tiny confusions. She worked with my realtor and then the escrow people to make it as smooth as possible.

Karen was wonderful to work with when securing a mortgage for our new home! We’ve worked with her on a few previous loans and have always been happy with her services. We found a house we wanted to put an offer in on and Karen had our pre-approval less than 3 hours later. We submitted our offer the next morning and it was accepted within 24 hours. Karen is an expert at what she does and no email or dumb question goes unanswered.
