The Experience Most time reviews are about the Doctor but that is only part of the experience. Dr. Heinzlemann was his usual very personable self. However, his Dental assistant Leda was one of, if not the best hygienist I have had the pleasure of scrapping and cleaning my teeth. She was very efficient and generated no uncomfortable moments. I am a real baby when it comes to getting anything done with my teeth but Leda took care of everything with no discomfort. Emergency Care Developed an infection over the weekend and Dr. Heinzelmann responded immediately issuing prescriptions for pain and antibiotics. I was given an appointment for Monday morning where I had to have surgery. Dr. Heinzelmann and his staff are always courteous and professional. Their expertise and level of care is second to none in my opinion. I would recommend to anyone with periodontal needs.

Eval I had a 10 day check up on a post extraction. Office staff and assistant were friendly and welcoming even though I was 15 minutes late! Dr H listened to my concerns and answered my questions about the pain level and presented the process from here on out about my future dental needs

Excellent Extraction Experience! The well designed reception area was comfortable & my wait was pleasantly short. The staff were very friendly & professional. Dr. Heinzelmann administered the pre-operative shots deftly & practically painlessly. While waiting for the numbness to peak I was even entertained [free of charge] by a parade of deer in the woods grazing past my window.
