Gum Surgery Surgery went very successfully. No pain except for the initial injections. Everyone knew exactly what to do and did it in a professional manner. To my happy surprise I experienced no pain afterwards even after the numbness wore off.

Dr. Heinzelmann and his team are prompt, courteous, professional, and all around pleasant to be around. The front office team is quick to welcome you to the office when you arrive. They are quick to get you back to your appointment. The assistants and Heinzelmann greet you and talk to you throughout your time there. They make you feel at home and are very easy to talk to. Make great effort to explain to you what is going on and make sure you feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.

I had an emergency due to a broken tooth and was scheduled in immediately. Karl and his staff were very professional and courteous. The procedure was complicated and he walked me through each step, proactively explaining when issues were encountered and how they would deal with them. I would highly recommend him when a specialist is needed.
