Care in helping patients when they are unable to get out of bed. It takes sometimes 15 minutes. Their system is so out dated.

This place is horrible!!! My wife was there for rehabilitation and was told by a nurse that is not what they do there and she should just eat and lay in bed. The nurses also went through all of her stuff took her heating pad and two pillows and they couldn't find them and claimed no responsibility for losing them. I also heard nurses or nurse helpers swearing at patients. If you value your loved ones well being stay clear of this place!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

This place is a joke I had a parent there and upon going to see them they were soiled and sick enough to go to the er the food that they give is not edible the cna cough care less the please run from here is a disaster and should be closed

I understand these are nursing home. But a little upkeep; cleaning, housekeeping would be enough to make this place more comforting for those recovering. The staff was nice. The location is close to everything, which is convenient. But again, a little housekeeping would be nice.

My husband needed after care rehabilitation to walk again and was set to go to La Paloma. Because my husband was sick and I have been stressed and missed my insurance payment, my covered California insurance was suspended. I took care of it right away. They sent representatives to the hospital and told my husband he would need to prove that he could walk because he would have to be well in the next 7 days. Based on employee information shared to me, this place is horrible. Nurses fighting with and threatening patients and losing their tempers, making up excuses, showing favoritism. The Social Services worker Jennifer and Discharge Coordinator Ashley issued a false report to a doctor I had never met in order to get me discharged on a weekend so that I could not appeal. Keep your loved ones out if you have the power to. Little compassion demonstrated. Little empathy demonstrated. It takes just as much time to deliver information with kindness as it does with a lack of kindness. Medication was not administered even though it was scheduled, my mother was allowed to languish in her own waste, and there was at least one day where her chart was inaccurately dated. Don't ever consider this place, do your research. Take a tour, ask questions, ask to see the room your loved one would be in.

neither scott or jeff will respond to clients/patients severe issues refused to be addressed by administrators nor management. can not even get adequate meals. have no idea where staff maintains it's self.. i am afraid my health concerns are being failed
