Over all my stay was good because the room smell and the a/c The a/c and the room had a smell like dog pee The air conditioner didn’t stay on it was on auto and made a loud noise which scared us turn off and on through the night plus that auto made it hot which made it uncomfortable

Our housekeeping team reported that the room had a noticeable smoke odor and that cigar wraps were found in the trash. As a non-smoking hotel, we take these situations very seriously, and both findings are considered smoking evidence under our policy.
Never again What an absolutely dreadful location--there is only one entrance and exit way and in order to turn around to get to 183A you have to make an immediate u-turn down Lakeside Mall Drive. The city planner who cooked that one up had to have been on crack cocaine and the planning commission who green lighted it were equally drugged. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, which I detest.
