Need to not wake up night shift workers The staff The bed

After a 14 hour drive I was to exhausted to deal complainingbut I did let them know upon departure. The room was disgusting. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the microwave hadn’t been clean. The place had roaches. The AC unit was loud/rattled. The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

unpleasant surprise linens were not changed--found dirty washcloth in bed. was told that manager would call. never called. parking close to entrance. breakfast was good.

Bad The furniture in the room was badly worn and damaged. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the corridor, and the coffee machine was out of order. The man at the front desk during check-out was extremely rude—he neither greeted us nor made eye contact, and showed no sign of friendliness. His cold attitude made us feel uncomfortable, and we couldn’t help but sense a hint of discrimination. We’ve stayed at several La Quinta Inns before, but this experience was by far the worst.

Disappointing Walls too thin. Wasn't able to rest or get a good night's sleep due to the noise coming from both sides of the room,.

Problems ignored and lying staff. Was forced to pay full price for room that didn’t have hot water. We contacted the front desk every day about the issue and was told “it’s being worked on” every day. Booking.com was also unable to resolve the issue and I was never comped or offered any remedy other than leaving early and losing money. Terrible experience at the hotel and with booking.com, wouldn’t recommend either. They also never changed our sheets or cleaned the room, we were there for 4 nights. Decent location and price.
