Im never spending my hard earned money here ever again The smell of the rooms and I had to get a second one cuz the first one was that bad and the second one smelled just as bad Not a thing

Save your money, stay up the road. It was a waste. The hot water did not work, the room smelled like wet dog, and the night shift desk person was entertaining drunk, juveniles in the reception area. When I let them know about the hot water and the dogs smell, they just said they would note it. However, first, I accidentally called the wrong location and they were offering me discount comps on my stay until we realized it wasn’t the correct location. The breakfast was free

I would not stay there again Front desk check in was slow because staff was trying to help someone that got locked out of their room. We had problems with getting out of our door too. Getting in it worked, but the latch would jam and take several tries to get out. This is very dangerous in the event of a fire or an emergency. I brought this up with the front desk when I checked out and he said that they are aware that there are problems with the door locks. No tenían gym disponible a pesar de ofrecerlo Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel porque nosotros cogimos este hotel debido a que tenía gym pero cuando llegamos no estaba disponible. Nos fuimos al día siguiente a pesar de haber pagado 3 noches y aún estamos esperando a que nos devuelvan el dinero, nos dijeron que lo iban a hacer pero no tiene buena pinta…

Bad I paid an extra $25 to stay till 1pm. I had a business meeting on zoom. Well housekeeping knocked on my door every 15 minutes. I called the front desk to let them aware of the disruptions, they said they take care of it. So at 12:30 I ended my meeting because housekeeping wouldn't stop. I asked the manager if she knew Spanish and she said no. I suggested that maybe that's why there was a communication problem. She then proceeded to yell at me in the lobby "to get out!". So rude.
