Very Poor shower doesn't work well clean
The hotel manager deceived us and fraudulently charged $93 from my card. We faced a serious issue using our Turkish cards upon arriving in the United States. While we were able to book a hotel, we quickly realized that our cards were not accepted for payment anywhere. We immediately contacted the hotel and asked if we could pay in cash. However, the hotel informed us that they do not accept cash payments. Disappointing We didn't have any room cleaning in 3 days. Walls are thin, AC is too loud. Overall we didn't enjoy our stay. Free breakfast
Bad I had gone to the laundry to do some wash, and on returning to my room, mt cards did not work to open my door. I could not get house keeper to open the door and I had to leave my clothes outside the door. I tried to use the elevator and it wouldn’t go to the ground floor. I used the stairs to get to thr ground floor, having to walk outside and return through the main entrance. I didn’t like this hotel Supervisor behavior was not respectful . They didn’t respect their costumer at all. They never help you to accomodate There was not anything can say to like it
Disappointing
Bring ear plugs even though the hotel is non-smoking, hotel guests were outside all night (literally, ALL NIGHT) smoking, and very loud. The smoking area happened to be right outside our window. The more drunk they got, the louder the yelling got. For this reason we will not be staying here again. Not worth a sleepless night. very clean, good location, comfy room, pet friendly.
Room was hot and the television did not work properly. The air conditioner did not work very well. The television only had one station (MSNBC). Location
