Was inconfienced Wanted to pay with cash but could'nt check in without credit card so that caused a problem

Had to stay. Everything else was booked up Everything else. Poor outside lighting, smell in elevator, hallway, and room. I liked the pillows in the room and the staff was friendly

Poor service My room that I reserved was given away and I was given a handicap room that was not big enough for the guests I had with me. I originally booked a suite. No manager on duty Location

Very Poor When I got to hotel they told us we did not have reservations... They sold our room because it was in high demand because of hurricane... They wanted to sell us a smaller room for $30 more per night...

Overpriced but convenient. Office staff were not friendly, in fact, rude.. Good location for continuing our trip the following morning.

This hotel is more like a Motel 6 The room was old and molded the furniture was broken, no remote in room The hotel clerk were very professional and nice

Overall besides the smell in the room of mildew it was ok The smell in the hallway and in the room smelled like mildew like the had a water issue and didn't shampoo the carpet Bed was comfortable
