Expected more for the price of the rooms. Hall on 3rd floor had a bad smell. Crack in floor in bathroom. Killed ants in bathroom and windows seal. Furniture damaged. Bed was comfortable. Staff was over all friendly. Great location.
Meh Poor paintjob, not clean...had an old dingy look. No hot water in shower

Would not recommend others stay here. The building overall, including the room, was in poor repair. While the location was convenient for our stay and had food and entertainment options nearby, the neighborhood was not the best. Price was good.
Fair I reserved the room for the wrong weekend and did not notice it until yesterday do I paid for a room I never used.
It was horrible! The first room was visably full of mold. We were given another room that also had mold. Toilet was broken,iron was broken, the light socket was hanging out of the wall , the sink was broken and there was a whole in the wall in the bathroom.
nice hotel when you walk in but the rooms had an awful stay because they were careless the customer service, they were rude and did not care about any complaints made the room smelled like an old dog, no matter what we did from opening the doors to spraying spray nothing helped, was hard to get comfortable be cause of the strong smell, i called to the front desk and there rep acted like she didn't care and just said it shouldn't smell because it had already been cleaned, worst customer service possible!!!
I would not want to stay here again. We did not receive breakfast, due to the kitchen being shut down by the city. We saw a cockroach in our bathroom. There was hair from the previous person that stayed in our room in the shower. The front desk girl ignored me when I first got there to talk to a coworker about how cool his new phone was. The location was convenient. The guy at the front desk on the last day was nice and very apologetic about the issues.
Staff friendly hotel horrible There was dog poop on the floor and ants crawling on the door. I was told I would not be charged and wasand still haven't received my full refund credited back on to my card. The staff was friendly.
Pleasant I stayed in the 2room king suite. The sofa bed ws BEYOND filty.. the mattress cover looked like it had never been cleaned. It was covered in dog hair and had holes all over. The entire building smelled like chlorine and old popcorn. Jessica at the front desk is the only reason I Rated anything else well. I was very disappointed with my stay here.
