Find a different place Horrible smells. Had to change original room given because it smelt like about 5 wet dogs. Molded/saturated paint in bathroom. Bathroom faucet water smelt terrible. Went and bought bottled water to brush our teeth with. Staff was nice.
My stay to start off i booked the hotel thinking i would get there by 2 or 3 but didnt make it till around 4 and they didnt have a room for me so i had 2 wait a couple of hours before they would have something Available For us. I didnt like the Smell in the room since me and my kids both have allergies the smell bothered us the whole time. The bathroom didnt look clean. The bed Skirt Had white stains.
Disappointing The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell which was disturbing to say the least being that this was supposedly a 100% smoke free facility. The light in the bathroom had a 5 min delay when you turned it on. The sink stopped up every time you turned the water on to wash your hands and we would have to manually pull the stopper up to drain the water. This was a bit much for the price I paid of $95.00 per night. I expect this from the Microtel. Not the La Quinta Inn.
We weren't satisfied. The blow dryer didn't work, there was no power on the blow dryer outlet. The shower was not good, the hot water finished in 20 minutes. The beds were hard. It smelled nasty in the room.
MOLD! The room smelled like mold so bad I could barely sleep (had to put my shirt over my face just to fall asleep). The AC vents were moldy, the curtains were visibly moldy, the window sils had mold piled up all along them. The management and staff obviously don't care about the room situation. It's not like the room had a weird smell and they couldn't figure out what was causing it, because if they had even LOOKED, they could have resolved the problem! There was one pillow on the bed that was comfortable.

Don't stay here First rooms they tried to put us in smelled like Cigarettes and had mold above the air conditioner. Carpet was nasty and as you walked down the hallway, dogs barked loudly from several rooms. Then they said all they could do was give me my money back. Then after several minutes of arguing with them, they moved us to the second floor but instead of giving us rooms close to each other like I requested when I booked the rooms several weeks prior they gave us two rooms on opposite ends of the hall. Wouldn't come back here for the kind of price I payed for. The beds were to hard, you walk in the room and it smelled like wet carpet. Pillows weren't soft at all. Made me miss my own bed. The location was okay. Had some nearby resturaunts.
