Horrible for me and my family! This Hotel let's teenagers have parties in a room. My stay was awful as their was a room full of kids having a party on the third floor all night long. Beware teenagers get someone of age to rent a room and they party! Sad the staff doesn't do checks to ensure this doesn't happen instead they have a three strike rule. Started to get the cops involved it was so bad! Needless to say I will NEVER stay at this location! The staff and breakfast were great!

Got us thru the weekend Cleanliness and the pool it was really cloudy and dirty Breakfast was really good but the hotel was not very clean. It was hard to be comfortable with so much dirt and scum on the baseboards and walls. The floor was messed up where the tile met the carpet and cut my toddlers knee open

Good The bathroom still had hairs in tub and on floor and the elevator smelled like mold. Location

Disappointing The entire hotel smells like Clorox. Carpets were dirty. Too Many children in groups of 10 or more with 1 or 2 adults staying just to use the pool and hot tub. They were running up and down the halls and also took up most of the small eating area. I am sure it is the price range of the hotel. You get what you pay for!

Made the best of a bad situation. As seniors we were glad to get a first floor room. We unpacked and laid down to rest before attending a wedding rehearsal, only to wake with water pouring in from the second floor and part of the ceiling laying on the floor of our flooded bathroom. We reported to the desk and walked thru the water in and now out of the bathroom to collect our belongings. After a time we were assigned to a 3rd floor room. Exceptional It smelled like someone was burning rubber from the lobby and on elevator ride up told the staff. It stayed like this the hole time we were there besides that the stay was great.

Very Poor The room smelled stale and musty. There was rot at the baseboards in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The spa tub was located in the center of the room with no privacy. The faucet in the spa tub dripped non-stop. The swimming pool was extremely tiny with no room to actually swim. It was filled with about 20 kids when we arrived. They had standing room only. They did not appear to be paying customers.

Trash They called me 30 minutes before my arrival to say they didnt have a room for me, and I would have to be moved. The rooms smelt, floor was sticky. I saw a dog pee in the elevator and it wasn't cleaned up until the next morning! The pool had something floating at the bottom.(did not get in) the entire hotel had a stench. My other family members had to wait 2 and half hours to check in because they didn’t have rooms ready at check in time which was 3PM. I understand your frustration with your stay with us, In this instance, your room was placed out of order at the very last minute due to a plumbing issue. In an effort to accommodate our guest we 1st contact the guest to confirm that the reservation is still valid, at which time we work toward a solution. Unaware of the puppy accident, and the floating pool object.
