Staff friendly hotel horrible There was dog poop on the floor and ants crawling on the door. I was told I would not be charged and wasand still haven't received my full refund credited back on to my card. The staff was friendly.
Pleasant I stayed in the 2room king suite. The sofa bed ws BEYOND filty.. the mattress cover looked like it had never been cleaned. It was covered in dog hair and had holes all over. The entire building smelled like chlorine and old popcorn. Jessica at the front desk is the only reason I Rated anything else well. I was very disappointed with my stay here.

Fair They had a large group of people staying on our floor and they were partying in the hallway and left trash everywhere, they were yelling obscenities and stayed in the hallway making it difficult to rest. It was 11PM and I finally called the front desk at 11pm and they sent someone up and once the staff left the partying continued. A horrible experience, and for the morning free breakfast every table was filthy and no staff to clean the tables and after I cleaned the table and we finished not one other table was cleaned ... read more
Hotel stay Nothing Good
Fair First room was smokey. Changed rooms. Second room did not smell fresh. B,fast OK. A/C good and quiet.
Could've been safer, cleaner & smell alot better They put my son & grandkids in a handicap room that smelt like a nursing home & the shower bench had dried fecies in the holes of it. Then my son went out to his truck & was jumped by 2 Mexican guys.Thank god a lady was walking by at the time & yell & the guys ran off. I guess no one keeps an eye on the security cameras.So not real impressed with the property.
