Very Poor The room smelled stale and musty. There was rot at the baseboards in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The spa tub was located in the center of the room with no privacy. The faucet in the spa tub dripped non-stop. The swimming pool was extremely tiny with no room to actually swim. It was filled with about 20 kids when we arrived. They had standing room only. They did not appear to be paying customers.

Trash They called me 30 minutes before my arrival to say they didnt have a room for me, and I would have to be moved. The rooms smelt, floor was sticky. I saw a dog pee in the elevator and it wasn't cleaned up until the next morning! The pool had something floating at the bottom.(did not get in) the entire hotel had a stench. My other family members had to wait 2 and half hours to check in because they didn’t have rooms ready at check in time which was 3PM. I understand your frustration with your stay with us, In this instance, your room was placed out of order at the very last minute due to a plumbing issue. In an effort to accommodate our guest we 1st contact the guest to confirm that the reservation is still valid, at which time we work toward a solution. Unaware of the puppy accident, and the floating pool object. Our pool is very busy during the summer months, if late in the evenings, it's very possible that maintenance hadn't serviced the pool, as that is done in the morn... read more

Smelled horrible, like musty, mold in the walls, old hotel. Would not stay there again. The whole hotel smelled bad, but the rooms especially smelled horrible. Musty, moldy smell that made it hard to sleep. The hotel was old but dressed up, and not very well. It was like someone came in and tried real hard to snap their fingers and turn it into a La Quinta, with La Quinta finishes, but it was poorly done. Very Poor Tenía mi reservación y le dieron mi cuarto a otra persona,viajaba con mi bb y mi esposa y tuve que andar batallando solo por qué no respetan una reservación Nada pésimo servicio,la recepcionista muy grosera si tienen ese tipo de personal jamás recomendaría hospedarse en ese hotel

Just nasty wires exposes Just nasty Jucussi didn't work wires expose the floor nasty.the front desk staff no smiley face or friendly more attention think her boyfriend than customers it just real.poor the caulking on the shower they put it with there ginger

Only thing I like was the location ... Not worth the money Not clean at all bathroom was nasty...room 219 has Running toilet that was loud that keep me up in the night air didn't work good Location
