Curtains didn’t close, no tv remote, water running in tub, no microwave, no room service & no vacuuming in hallway 4 6 days!

The property had significant water issues during my stay. Initially, I was placed in a room where there was no water, and when it did come on, it was dirty. I was then moved to another room, but once again, there was no hot water, and I discovered roaches in the room. I was informed that the water issues would be resolved the following day, so I had to forgo taking a shower that night. We stayed at your property for 5 days with our family. Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations due to a few key concerns. Firstly, the cleanliness of the property needs serious improvement. Throughout our stay, not a single day was room service provided, which was very disappointing, especially for a longer stay. The hotel is not well managed and is very dirty (the carpet in the corridor and the smell are horrible, everywhere is basically dirty). The room AC didn’t perform well and the bathroom was dirty as well (hairs everywhere, there was a plastic «carpet» in the bathtub where the majority of the water would stay, and the shower curtain was very dirty).
