Was stuffy, smelled like either BO or smoke, our neighbors were up at 2 am screaming, yelling, slamming doors, etc. couldn’t sleep AT ALL. Asked for more towels and was told to come get them myself. Room was not tidied up while away. Carpets ripped, holes in wall. Not impressed at all for the price.

It was the dirtiest place we evered stayed in from were the food. Outside was dirty and the floors and walls. DON'T STAY THERE

I think it is NOT fair to keep old fascinating pic and hide the factual. I have taken pic of the property and things out there. First if all there was nasty smell of mijuana smell. Secondly property had dirty filthy carpet in the hallway, taps weren't working, water not draining in bath tub. You name it and had those problems. Worst part the smell of mijuana in the hallway everytime. Very disgusting and dissatisfied. If someone follows up with me I will share the pic taken and it is not even joke.

Property need to have sufficient towel (long) and wash cloths available stayed for 3 days everything I contacted front desk they said it wasn’t available

First of all the staff was rude, they had no hospitality or any kind of professionalism. We were shocked at the way the lobby looked, very unclean with trash on the floor. We even spotted rats the next day in the lobby. After we checked in, we asked for a trolley cart but the staff at the front desk told me that there was only one available and someone was using it, so we were forced to wait for half an hour and nobody brought it to us. There wasn’t much I liked. The breakfast was less than desirable. The room service was terrible and the strangest thing is they did room service at night instead of during the day when people are checking out. You ask room service for new towels for your room and they tell you to visit the front desk plus they weren’t very friendly either. The room service didn’t even come in our room to remake our bed and we didn’t even have a do not disturb sign up. They had pee stains on the inside of our top sheet. Worst hotel ever Bathroom was not cleaned. Hair stuck to used shampoos left in the room. Coffee pot was dirty. Plug in bathroom didn’t work. There was dried vomit in the wall outside our room the entire stay. No one vacuumed the hallways. No one ever responded to the messages I sent requesting assistance.
