Customers service terrible the hotel looks like a motel All doors are nasty I stayed 3 nights never again
I am originally from Fairfield and stay here when I come visit my parents. Our room was very dirty. Hairs in the bathroom tub and mold growing on tile grout on the bathroom floor. The hallways were littered with paper and not vacuumed.
The place is very outdated and carpets are dirty n old rooms as well outdated
We checked in and went to the room , there was blood stain on the sheet, black dirt, chip crumbs , the bathroom was filthy with muddy footprints. We checked right back out
I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean — there were visible stains and a musty smell. On top of that, the noise levels were unbearable, both from inside the hotel and the surrounding area. It was nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. I even checked out earlier than my actual date

Property was old & ran down. It isn’t anything like the pictures
Don't stay here Not good in every possible way. There was screaming and noise. I thought I was going to be killed. At least they let me have a refund for the 2nd night.
