The rooms never got cleaned Struggled to get towels Toilet flush in our room was broken Mould on the ceiling Tv remote didn’t work Continuously having to good to reception to get room key activated which was very annoying Some of the staff where very helpful others wasn’t

House keeper doesn’t come when you need them and they don’t clean the room right
Carpet was dirty. Room was not for two beds, it was very small. Bathroom supplies not sufficient
Run down, noisy, dirty.
The room assigned had a broken door handle. The next room I got , the bathtub was black it was so filthy
