I feel bad for the staff that have to work in these conditions. The carpet at the entrance was dirty and gross. The roach in the bathroom was disgusting. The place needs an overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel, and nothing is appealing about the hotel. The room had a foul, stale odor.

If I could give negative stars I would! My family and I drove 22hrs to this hotel for necessary trip. When we arrived the front desk rep. was not helpful nor nice. We arrived at the location around 730pm on a Wednesday. Front desk rep was very rude, condescending, unhelpful, also claimed she only worked there for a week. She was on a personal call the whole time. I had to get my key cards redone 4-5 times. While my pregnant wife and disabled son stood outside the room. The hotel is very expensive, it is dirty, the bathroom is in poor condition, the laundry part is the most terrible. and all seven days they served the same bread, coffee, juice and cream, cheese breakfast...

Ok. Average at best. My complaint is that I booked this hotel explicitly to use the pool and hot tub. They were closed for renovations. Neither Expedia nor hotel mentioned this until after I arrived. Not cool.

Sheets were dirty, checked in and checked right back out. Could hear everything and everyone. Shower was absolutely disgusting.
