i usually don’t write reviews. but, the pictures online are definitely WRONG! the hotel is run down, my room smelled so bad, like urine. the tub was dirty, the sink was backed up and the toilet barely flushed. the ac didn’t work well either. i was truly disappointed

When we arrived it was clear that the photos used in the listing were not current pictures at all. Upon check in, there were multiple police outside dealing with some kind of situation. This happened multiple times while we were there. When we got to the room, there was what appeared to be blood stains on the floor near the desk, the room smelled musty, the bathroom had mold and mildew, the shower stall buckled when standing in it. No housekeeping,did not accomodate requests like a coat,unclean,no clean towels.When we did ask for the room to be cleaned with clean towels.1 the room was never cleaned and we were only given clean towels once at the beginning and then 2 days after asking for some.Place was not clean and pool like advertised was not open.We booked our stay for one of those reasons

I did not arrive at the cleaning time, but there was garbage in the corridors, the carpets are dirty and stained , same happen with the linens and pillowcases, the bathroom looks old and The doors that give to the exterior did not close, they remained open so that anyone had access to the rooms.
